Pros

The ice machine is about it.

Cons

P3Works does not value their employees, instead they enable and reward toxic behavior from staff and leadership alike. The company used to be a great place to work but has gone quickly downhill since the reorganization in January 2025. The new leadership has made a plethora of empty promises for improvement and there have not been any. If anything the opposite has happened. The culture and morale have declined drastically, processes have been broken by upper management who do not understand their fundamental values and job security is questionable. Promotions and salary increases are also nonexistent. Unless you like sinking ships, save yourself the trouble and find a better job opportunity.

Pros

Pros are not applicable here.

Cons

This company has rapidly declined from a positive, people-focused workplace into a highly toxic environment. Previously, employees tolerated low pay because of strong culture and morale, but within a year, that culture was dismantled. Management introduced micromanagement, unrealistic expectations, poor communication, and removed supportive elements like team-building and flexibility. Leadership—especially the president—is described as overly controlling, playing favorites, blocking promotions, and creating inefficient processes. Upper management is criticized for lacking knowledge, behaving unprofessionally, and showing disrespect toward employees, including belittling them and fostering discomfort. The company is also accused of being understaffed while unnecessarily expanding upper management, ignoring employee feedback, and prioritizing control over productivity. Morale efforts are seen as superficial and ineffective. Additional issues include: Poor work-life balance and excessive workloads Disorganized reviews and unfair promotion practices Favoritism and inequitable treatment of employees Inefficient, constantly changing processes with little documentation Reports of inappropriate behavior, including sexist comments and lack of respect for religious boundaries Overall, employees feel undervalued, overworked, and stuck in a dysfunctional, toxic workplace, with many saying they would leave if they had better job opportunities.
