A nice family-owned business with good staff. - Contractor P3I Employee Review

Pros

Has a better approach to benefits than many other contracting firms in the area, with things you’d expect in non-contract work, like vacation days, 401(K), et cetera.

Cons

Company “feels” small, may be competing against larger firms with more resources. Benefits slipping a bit in some areas due to costs, and there’s been some churn among staff who support contractors.

Pros

The corporate office all the way down to the project managers stay engaged with their personnel. They take great pride in their company and their employees.

Cons

I have no cons for this company.

Pros

The benefit package is great, and I feel the company works hard at keeping rates down as best they can. Flexible work hours also is a plus. I feel like the close knit, small company atmosphere is a bonus because you get to know the people supporting you at the corporate office.

Cons

Having little control over changes the DoD may make that affects the contract and/or employees.
