Low pay and lack of internal Hiring - Receptionist P3 Veterinary Partners Employee Review

I've been with P3 for about two years, and my experience has been positive. The clinic manager is hands-on and advocates for the team. The pay and benefits are good. I'm not just going through the motions—I really love what I do and try to make the most of my skills.

It's busy here, and some days I'm totally bushed.

The people make this workplace special. There’s lots of teamwork as well as care – for employees, clients, and patients. Managers listen when you have something to say and never force a one-size-fits-all approach. You'll get plenty of opportunities to learning and grow if you’re ready to put in the effort. Work-life balance is respected.

Be prepared for some growing pains.
