      1. You can directly communicate with the owner 2. If you are fresher you can start your carrier.

      Cons

      1. Due to directly involvement of owner sometime it goes worse. 2. Strict timing even you are 5min late then be ready to pay the penalty. 3. No job security at all. 4. Salary may get delayed. 5. No employee benefits policies are there.

      I have been with the company for 4 months now. Fixed timings, 5 Days week make it a great company to work in Work from Home is available Working with Professionals Our SMO Team lead is very helpful and he always encourages us to grow with the company Friendly Environment
