      - family culture: you will meet good people that will care about you and your family. - flexible : not a regular 9 to 5 job, you choose your hours - macro management: no one will be keeping an eye on you and let you come up with solution.

      - not too many trainings provided - low growth opportunity due to size of the company

      Team, projects, benefits, pay, travel, flexibility, learning... everything is great. I love this job!

      Cons

      Can be stressful if you do not know how to prioritize work/life balance. Luckily the company does and will encourage you to.

      Pros

      There is lots of different kind of Projects. some time you on your own. Need to thing out of BOX.

      Cons

      Low salary. crazy hours. This is company where i saw traveling hours pay at min wages. Any way employee is not working in traveling but still he is give his personal time to get in market. As well for Citizen and Green card holder pay are lower then Nonimmigrant worker.
