Pros
This company allows you to build on your strengths and they allow you to do what works best for you in most cases. Very few corporate hurdles to overcome. You have the ability to take care of your customers honestly and effectively in order to retain business relationships long term.
Cons
The more you know and give the more they will take. They will eventually take advantage of you and forget what you bring to the table. Balancing work and personal was easy at first but eventually you can never work enough overtime to get your workload complete. Presenting ideas to upper management to reduce operational cost and relieve stress of valuable employees often goes ignored.
