Pros
Awesome quality workout and you get to work out for free; really great team members both at the front desk and trainer team; rapidly expanding brand so a good time to be there
Cons
With rapid expansion and franchising sometimes comes bumps in the road but the company seems to pretty quickly address things and change course for the better. Workplace not without drama but don't think a workplace exists that doesn't have a little drama/disgruntled employees.
