      Great career opportunity. Company supports and rewards hard work. Does what's needed to support sales growth. Management doesn't bother you with a lot of bureaucratic BS as long as you're growing your sales and hitting your numbers.

      Cons

      Not very quick to move on new technology and trends in the industry. Asking for some technology upgrades is like asking someone to turn around an aircraft carrier.
