      Small family atmosphere. They care about you and help you learn and grow to serve your customers better. Always trying to maintain the work life balance.

      Cons

      Pay could be better, but really, the job is terrific and the people are amazing so it's a small price to pay for a job where you actually enjoy coming to work!

      Small company, lots of "freedom"

      Cons

      Management glass ceiling. No opportunities for advancement. If you are looking to work with an EMR/EHR, or if you work at a clinic and stumbled on this LOOKING for an EMR/EHR..... RUN. Run far away.
