No pros working for this company

Management is awful. You work under different supervisors who don't share the same cleaning standards: one of them wanted us to finish as early as possible, saying, and I quote, that it's not his mother's hotel. I signed a part-time contract for a minimum of 8 hours per week. I haven't worked one shift in the last 2 or 3 weeks. And when I was given shifts, it's possible I was available for the day after. And also, no breaks during the whole shift.

CEO leading a senior management culture of public bullying and intimidation on group messaging channels when things not going well against unrealistic expectations. Disturbing to witness.
