      Pros

      Experienced senior developers, you get to help people every day by supporting newborn screening software and you get to work from home at least one or two days a week

      Cons

      A big learning curve to learn their system as a new developer, had financial trouble during the pandemic which caused stress among employees, some of the UI seemed outdated

      Liked all the positive attitudes, the professionalism, and the product challenges.

      Cons

      Don't really have any. Perhaps some of the product development directions could have been a little better; however, exploring new ideas in Healthcare is always risky.

      Pros

      Good company to work for and I worked there for 3 years. A dedicated team who loves and is very good at what they do. It was a great company to work for until the beginning of 2016.

      Cons

      Hiring is not always in the best interest of the company. They hire managers who do not have experience in the medical field and there is a steep learning curve.
