Pros
This company is very appealing from the outside looking in. It's an ok place to start off or even for a short time to gain some experience if you are new to the industry. There are some people here that are actually good people who work hard, but there is less than a handful remaining. Average benefits. The facility looks nice and the company overall has a strong customer service oriented philosophy.
Cons
I have never seen a more dysfunctional organization full of hatred amongst its people. The company will blame the pandemic, but I can assure you it started to go downhill beforehand. Numbers don't lie. If you have more than a couple years of work experience, DO. NOT. WORK. HERE. The longer you work here, the less they care about you. You may get a decent raise on your first promotion if you get promoted, but it's dismal to nothing after that. There is a reason why this company has a very young age base for the most part. Nobody has received a bonus in a few years. They do not give any raises unless you get promoted which lately they have been also screwing people on. The nepotism here is so disgusting it makes you want to throw up. Some of these people I haven't seen contribute a single positive impact to this organization and would never have a job at another company. The only thing they do is pour gasoline on the extremely toxic culture that burns like wildfire in this organization. I knew it was toxic, but didn't realize just how toxic until I started working at a new place and feeling refreshed.
