Pros
1. Fun workplace, management care about the employee's wellbeing 2. Flexible with our schedules and generous TOIL policy 3. Competitive with salaries 4. A lot of opportunities to develop and grow in your career 5. Great social events 6. A very collaborate work environment - management also get involved in the ground work.
Cons
1. Some events can be on the weekends but that's part of the job! 2. Tutor management could be improved (but I think they have just recruited someone to oversee this)
