Pros

The best working culture I ever saw, we fostered a great team dynamic. Full family healthcare available to all Oxbots worldwide

Cons

Got told one morning that most of the HR team were being let go. There was a 'consultation' that involved you being shouted down by one of the directors if you asked any questions about their plan (there isn't one). Nobody can give you a straight answer about why they did this. Two directors suddenly left as well, so who knows what's going on. Found myself let go but it sounds like they did me a favour.

Pros

Generous salaries and nice office

Cons

Despite the last minute fund-raising the business is struggling to commercialise anything they can sell. There is a lack of honesty with staff who work really hard but things aren't getting done where it matters. Toxic culture at the top.

Pros

Brilliant and fantastic engineers. Pretty much everyone who actually makes things happen are incredibly talented and hard working. The engineering environment is truly collaborative and productive. Great benefits package. Reasonable RSU package Ok compensation, not great tho, competitors offer 50% more.

Cons

Starting at mid management and up, strong culture of not listening or respecting anyone below you. Numerous examples of crucial issues that are known for 3, 5 10 years causing severe problems and their resolution blocked by poor and fluctuating leadership priorities. Causing employees untold anguish and the business - months or even years in lost productivity. Not all, but big chunks of engineering has pockets of nepotism and favoritism. Significant key staff left and were replaced by 'yes persons' who just tell leadership what they want to hear
