Super Underrstaffed and overworked. Absolutely no work-life balance. You're expected to work around the clock or respond to emails even while sick. I've never seen so many tears shed in a work environment as I did here. Senior leadership is a pathetic joke. They either dump the a ton of work on junior staffers or micro-manage projects to the grave that also have unattainable deadlines. The principal is never present and she is one of the most passive aggressive humans I ever had the displeasure of working with. I've NEVER felt so humiliated by anyone in this industry. You are WARNED!
