With 18 years as an experienced event & hospitality HR professional, having worked on multiple Olympic Games, and Commonwealth Games, it wasn't until I was entrusted by the CEO of Overseas Network to identify, deliver and lead the staffing element for 200+ employees on their unique FIFA World Cup 2022 team, in Qatar, that I was able to deliver using my full skill set.
Cons
The Company has yet to realise their full potential, which is a wonderful thing, as they're not complacent and always strive to keep improving, and growing. They'll always be good and bad days in any job, but a maturity of mind will see that the majority is exciting, if you're ready for the challenge, and to dive in.
