      Pros

      Family oriented hospital which friendships with coworkers and other staff are immeasurable. Pay is decent for New Jersey.

      Cons

      Benefits are sub par for medical field. PTO is taken for mandatory stay home policies. Hospital upper management (CEO,HR etc) getting to be corporate america and losing the personal touch that makes staff want to stay and be dedicated.

      Pros

      Used to be a nice place to work, friendly staff and incentives for extra work.

      Cons

      Over the last year, nursing has lost PTO days, health insurance has gotten worse, caps are being placed on nursing salaries for experienced nurses. Nursing is no longer being offered bonuses to cover extra shifts needed due to chronic short staffing, meaning many shifts are uncovered.
