Used to be a nice place to work, friendly staff and incentives for extra work.
Cons
Over the last year, nursing has lost PTO days, health insurance has gotten worse, caps are being placed on nursing salaries for experienced nurses. Nursing is no longer being offered bonuses to cover extra shifts needed due to chronic short staffing, meaning many shifts are uncovered.
