      Opportunites to work from home and make decent money Training is excellent for those first starting in the field Training is paid Benefits are decent

      Must be well organized Does not fit well for people with young children The amount of support varies greatly from location to location... some are great and others not so much The software used is outdated

      Work from home, No one micromanaging the work you do. Friendly team and support when you need it.

      Cons

      You have to be tied to your laptop for 8 hours a day, and you have to make some outbound calls as well.
