Pros
The average employees are very nice, with only a few exceptions. They want to be led by an inspiring leader, but are losing faith that that leader will ever appear. The employees would like to make the company better, but there is no one who dares challenge the status quo by stating that the emperor is wearing no clothes.
Cons
Compensation is low, benefits are far below comparably sized companies, and there is no passion behind the product. Short term thinking for short term gains. No thought to long term. Lipstick on a pig.
