      The only pro in this company is the flexibility.

      Cons

      oor pay, poor culture, time off pay is horrible. And middle management is a spineless bunch trying to please a clueless upper management staff.

      Work from home, No one micromanaging the work you do. Friendly team and support when you need it.

      Cons

      You have to be tied to your laptop for 8 hours a day, and you have to make some outbound calls as well.
