Employees do not have anywhere to go when they are being treated unfairly. There is a lack of mobility within the school. The emphasis is on education, as it should be, and there is a clear distinction between staff and faculty. Certain positions are replaced annually, if not more frequently. The many wonderful people are easily over-shadowed by others.
