Pros
The global organization in Australia and New Zealand is fantastic. The benefits are also better than most companies. I met a lot of great people there.
Cons
US management is 100% the problem with this company. The former US leader was had a horrible attitude, was disconnected, and it was obvious to me he was drunk or recovering from being drunk most of the time. Eventually he was shuffled to not expose the team to him, and replaced by someone wholly unqualified for the role. She didn't know anything about ecommerce, and appeared to be a completely un-trustworrthy mouthpiece for the old boss.
