Pros

Innovation at its Best: Working at a tech agency means you're at the forefront of innovation. I've had the chance to be part of projects that are pushing the boundaries of technology, and that's truly exciting. Professional Growth: The agency takes professional development seriously. They offer various training programs and support for certifications, helping me grow in my career. Diverse Projects: The best part is the variety of projects I've been involved in. I've had the opportunity to work with clients from various industries, gaining valuable experience and broadening my skill set. Collaborative Environment: The team dynamics are fantastic. There's a strong emphasis on collaboration and knowledge sharing, making every day at the office a learning opportunity. Competitive Compensation: The agency offers competitive salaries and benefits, which is reassuring in such a competitive industry.

Cons

Long Hours: Some projects have demanded long working hours, and maintaining a work-life balance can be challenging during these crunch times. Client Expectations: Meeting client demands is a priority, but it can also be demanding. Sometimes, unrealistic client expectations can put pressure on the team. Constant Learning Curve: While I appreciate the learning opportunities, it can be overwhelming to keep up with the rapid changes in technology. Staying current with new trends is essential but can be exhausting.

Pros

Nice people and good benefits.

Cons

Pay is low and there’s zero job security. They hire people just to lay them off less than a year later. Other people who’ve not been laid off are also jumping ship because they can see that it’s going under soon. All development work is shipped overseas. Soon it will just be a couple of customer service people working there and only due to the time zone of the US vs Australia and New Zealand.
