- Friendly staff - Office talk is often amusing and fun to be part of - B grade items get good discount - Moving to a new building which will be more up to date and nicer - free tea/coffee - New office will have sufficient actual parking and electric car charging points eventually
Cons
- No sick pay (ssp only) - A lackluster perks service offering discounts on things people don't buy frequently, most just offer you points for buying things - flexibility is NOT available to everyone, ask for it and you'll get treated worse for doing so - remote working is slowly being taken away regardless of how much of your job role can be done remotely - below average pay for skilled or educated staff - zero career progression. You'll be doing the same thing forever until your manager leaves and their assistant is given the job - Over 40 hour weeks for most people - total disconnect between warehouse, technical and office staff.
