We got a cool Office and an awesome bunch of people. They give you the opportunity to learn/grow/expand. Every idea gets heard here. I got to learn so much on my own and the freedom and bandwidth to expand in my own domain of work (yeah!). Alex is a cool Boss :) and a superb mentor/guide/coach. Saps is always ready to cheer with you.

Far from my place (cant shift though)

Liberty to work. Decent remuneration. Reachable top management. Monthly interaction with founders. Flexible timings.

Massive lay-off without warning/notice period pay-off. Indecisiveness and frequent change in task priorities. No systematic performance measurement. Lack of motivated employees. Frequent interruption from founders in day-to-day work.
