We got a cool Office and an awesome bunch of people. They give you the opportunity to learn/grow/expand. Every idea gets heard here. I got to learn so much on my own and the freedom and bandwidth to expand in my own domain of work (yeah!). Alex is a cool Boss :) and a superb mentor/guide/coach. Far from my place (cant shift though)

Liberty to work. Decent remuneration. Reachable top management. Monthly interaction with founders. Flexible timings.

Massive lay-off without warning/notice period pay-off. Indecisiveness and frequent change in task priorities. No systematic performance measurement. Lack of motivated employees. Frequent interruption from founders in day-to-day work.
