Very cliquey with a clear lack of professionalism. - Old fashioned views, very set in their ways. - No flexible working at all. - 'My way or the highway' type management. - Ageist when it comes to salary. - Mental health not taken seriously by managers.

      The pay is good and is what attracts people

      Cons

      Long hours, Unappreciated work, Back Stabbing, Promotions if you are in the click or liked. Jobs are not advertised and people are given them internally behind closed doors usually the wrong people.
