      - good hourly rate -cute location in marina

      Cons

      - customers can be rude and short-staffed during busy hours - on weekdays there will be only one person running the entire store with one person in the back making ice cream and cookie dough. depending on who you are working with the back service person may relieve you when it's busy - didn't hate working here but also didn't love it

      Pros

      Over the Moon has two great San Francisco locations, the coworkers are fun and flexible, employees get free ice cream and cookies on shift, the work is somewhat dynamic, it's fun to give people ice cream, the hourly wage is pretty high and you make tips

      Cons

      You work long, hard hours on your feet without many breaks, the stores seem dirty at times, you'll burn your hands on the cookie ovens, you have to deal with rich, crabby customers, management is a little unorganized,
