Pros
$bill$, learning experience, and they want you to succeed. The training was informative, however coming from 30 years of selling face to face, I just couldn't make the leap to selling over the phone.
Cons
You are working in a call center atmosphere, highly volatile, emotional, and you must get it the first time, or C'est la vie. Their selling scripts are Just a little long, and redundant.
