Pros

Free fruits on almost every Monday

Cons

- Micromanaging. - The most unfriendly and unprofessional company with very backstabbing culture and loads of gossiping, horrible culture. - Interns yelled at if they do something minutely wrong. - So called “Management” has anger management issues and temper tantrums. These are quite a common sight in the office, very unprofessional. - Low budget company, no break areas, no coffee machine and even the water kettle was covered in limescale for months. - This company will definitely kill your spirit, so it is no wonder all new employees leave within a year or less Worst experience ever.

Ovation Incentives Response

Dear "Anonymous Former Employee", I'm sorry that your time at Ovation was so negative and that you had noting positive at all to say. ...apart from the fruit. I can honestly say that your posting in December 2018 is in no way reflective of the business, its culture and the genuinely engaged team who continue develop their careers at this organisation. Pros

- Able to learn new things and grow in your field of studies - A lot of time to work on projects for school - All the colleagues are open for questions and always make time to help you - Great working hours - Office in the middle of the city of London

Cons

Only a small amount of your expenses are covered during the internship but, the experience is worth it so if you have the opportunity to do it, you should.

Pros

Small team - good opportunities to grow into senior role. International business, technology-focused. Great location, right next to Westminster Abbey.

Cons

There is not really something bad to say about the company, maybe more personal development opportunities and team building activities to make the team stronger.
