      Like the other reviews, this place is a mess. Managers don’t care about anything but themselves and their favorites. So many long hours and years have been wasted with this company. I’ve given so much and have been flexible to the point that the company just takes advantage. Not only me, but others that work here. I equate this job to running on a treadmill with a donut hanging in front of your face. They promise the world and dangle it in front of you, but you’ll never get there. RUN AWAY. RUN AWAY. Management is a joke. The environment is a joke. The “free food” is a joke. The work home life balance is a joke.

      Pros

      Health benefits 401K Can bring your dog to the office. The people that work there really try to cultivate a positive and friendly environment. WFH Fridays

      Cons

      Outward is owned by Williams-Sonoma Pay is minimal amount for exempt employees, and upper management refuses to give people the compensation they deserve although the keep pushing for innovation. They want the highest quality work done as quickly as possible, as cheap as possible. High volume of work with tight deadlines. Very poor communication. Very disorganized. Upper management is far disconnected from Outward. Little room for growth. Promotions aren't worth it.
