The freelance network is still in its early days so it needs more process optimization but things are moving steadily in the right direction.

They are a very close-knit and inclusive team. There are people from all over the world. Even though I'm doing an internship, I feel like I'm one of them and they give me very important work. Also, every month they do team building and have a lot of flexibility which is great.

The only bad thing I have found at the moment is that there are a lot of meetings and therefore you lose a lot of work time from your schedule. On the other hand, although it is not a bad thing, you have to take into account that in order to work here you have to know English, since there are so many different people, English is the language that is always used.
