Nice Colleagues, Good Working Environment & Lots of Change - Project Engineer Outsource Solutions Employee Review

Great company, everyone has been so welcoming, real family feel to the place. Onboarding was great with the team, free parking, great benefits. The company is really focused on providing training for staff and this is from day one! Travel from Belfast isn't as bad as I thought as its the opposite direction of the traffic.

Having recently joined the team I was blown away at how quickly I felt part of the team. I was thought off before I started which left me with no fears at all when I walked through the door. The senior management see themselves as staff with no-one using their title to get work done or being authoritative. If you do what you are meant to do they genuinely do not mind where you work from. I have took a new lease of life and excited to do my job again due to not worrying if I am running late due to traffic etc. I can do my work and spend time with my family, they really push family comes first and they are your priority. The staff all welcome you to the team and you don’t feel like the new person. Outsource is a passionate company where staff and customers are at the core. If you want to join an amazing company where you will get the chance to learn and grow then you need to join Outsource.

I genuinely cannot think of any cons so far, everyone is there to help and push the company in the same way.
