Pros
It's a young, ever-changing company and with that comes opportunity A lot of opportunity if you are willing to work late and say yes to all orders Potential to make a lot of money Decent base salary Work with bright, driven people
Cons
The company is completely disorganized. Executives change company policies on a weekly basis. Ridiculously high turnover rate. They would rather fire someone than provide the time and effort to help train them. Essentially, you are nothing more than your metrics and they will cut you loose as soon as you struggle. The CEO is a piece of work. Very type-A and shows blatant preference for obedient, attractive employees. Account managers are asked if you are "presentable enough for John" after your first in-person interview. Very much a turn 'em and burn 'em company. Don't get attached to your coworkers because it is highly likely that at least one of you will leave the company soon.
