Pros

Cons

Management Communication is muddled and rarely transparent. Raising concerns is effectively punished; expect subtle retaliation. Problems flagged by staff are brushed aside or ignored. Zero confidentiality—sensitive topics quickly become management gossip. Empathy is performative: take a sick day today and it may be held against you tomorrow. Be aware: they’ll use every angle, policy, or technicality to push you out if they decide you’re a problem. HR HR is both judge and executioner; if you lock horns with anyone in management, HR already knows which side it’s on—and you know what happens next. Workplace Environment The production floor feels bleak and demotivating, with little real camaraderie. Some agents are terrific, but leadership hides toxic gossip behind a friendly mask. Nearly every corner is covered by CCTV, handy for any manager looking to build a case against you. Pantry space is cramped; the balcony is the overflow area—poorly lit and miserable when it rains and everyone’s on break. “Optional” overtime is strongly pushed; refuse and you’re branded uncommitted.
