The business is interesting, work environment is wonderful, the company has been growing in size, income and customers, good life work balance, learning opportunities, flexible work environment, generous package of holidays, approachable leadership, good spirit of collaboration, the company plans for multiple special events and we get several gifts during the year.

Not clear advancement path, lack of matching 401K

Laid back, low stress, Easy work. The company is growing and seems to be on the correct path. Plenty of Holidays, and in work celebrations. Most leadership is easy to talk to. Beyond that, the environment is one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of working in. When hired, they stress they're looking for long term employees and with the progress they are making as a company they provide that feeling of stability.

Micromanaged at times, Proprietary equipment, at times you can feel undervalued but this is department related, unclear advancement path/lack of, lack of matching 401K
