      Pros

      Laid back, low stress, Easy work. The company is growing and seems to be on the correct path. Plenty of Holidays, and in work celebrations. Most leadership is easy to talk to. Beyond that, the environment is one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of working in. When hired, they stress they're looking for long term employees and with the progress they are making as a company they provide that feeling of stability.

      Cons

      Micromanaged at times, Proprietary equipment, at times you can feel undervalued but this is department related, unclear advancement path/lack of, lack of matching 401K

      Pros

      People here are very friendly and very helpful, from the CEO to managers. New beautiful office space, free lunches. Company does not expect or won't even bother you outside the regular hours. There are other activities like special luncheons, gifts ...etc. People are always keen towards learning new things or technologies and share their learnings with others so to spread the knowledge. Especially if you want to learn, you have the best guys in each and every department. Overall a very fun and healthy environment to work.

      There are nothing that I can think of.
