Pros

Employees are given a lot of autonomy, but only because management shows little real interest in supporting them. The focus is almost entirely on meeting demands rather than providing any meaningful guidance or care.

Cons

• Employees are pushed to the limit with overwhelming workloads and unrealistic expectations. • Support from management is minimal or nonexistent despite the high demands being placed on staff. • Compensation does not reflect the level of pressure, workload, or responsibility required. • The imbalance between expectations and support creates constant stress and burnout. • High turnover is a direct result of employees feeling undervalued, overworked, and under supported.

Pros

I’ve been working at Outsite for 4 years and I truly consider it a great company. I really enjoy the people here—they’re very humane and supportive. The managers teach you, trust you, and give you the freedom to make decisions.

Cons

The only downside I’ve noticed is that we don’t get to spend much time with our coworkers, which can feel a bit lonely at times. However, we recently went on a trip together, which really helped us bond, get to know each other better, and strengthen teamwork.

Pros

The concept itself is appealing.

Cons

What seems well-designed from the outside doesn't always translate into a smooth internal experience because there's a disconnect between how things are presented and how they actually function day-to-day, so you find yourself dealing with gaps or unclear expectations that don't quite match the polished image, and over time that mismatch becomes harder to ignore because it keeps showing up in small but noticeable ways.
