Pros

I can honestly say I don't have any positive experiences to put forward about this company.

Cons

Expect dis organised schedules which you have no authority to change. Expect numerous cancellations as appointments are not properly arranged with patients. Expect unhappy patients and relatives to greet you as scheduling have messed people around with their appointments. Expect to be spoken down to and made to feel very small. Expect to travel in excess of 200 miles a day. Expect to be pushed to take on extra patients late in the day regardless of where you are in the country or how far you are from home. Don't expect pay rises or any loyalty from the company regardless of how long you work for them. Expect to take paperwork home with you regardless of a long working day. Expect to be tracked and only allowed a 20 min break all day.

Pros

The outside clinic do genuinely treat audiologists as clinicians, pay very reasonable salaries and they have an excellent well established senior management team.

Cons

Working at the outside clinic is a busy and demanding role with a very elderly patient base and high clinical and reporting standards that must be adhered to at all times.

Pros

You manage your own clinical day. Lots of support from head office /scheduling. You do the whole journey with px fro s/test to disp .

Cons

Traffic but unfortunately thats life .
