Pros
Outside In offered me great pay, raise opportunities and a flexible schedule. My coworkers were pleasant and passionate about their work. There was space for creativity and I was well supported within my position.
Cons
Many of my coworkers were not paid as well as they should've been. I believe that this resulted in a high rate of turn over. Further, the job could be extremely stressful and tiring. There were some issues with upper management; overall, it seemed as if the values of the board and upper management did not align with the general staff and population we served.
