Pros
Recruiting process was solid, first call to offer letter was less than a month and on my first day my lap top was ready. Employees are great, very collaborative.. Location is good and close to gym, easy to get a workout in before or after work.
Cons
Very political organization. If you get off to a bad start with one of the VP's you're in trouble, esp the very top. You can’t tell the truth about status of project timelines, machine performance, etc. doing so will result in being bucketed a troublemaker. Once branded this you have little chance of recovery-- you will get no help completing assignments, given the lowest of the low projects and cut out of communication chain that's needed to be effective.
