Home dialysis plus now outset medical was my first/ is my first start up experience after several years in "corporate America" in the biotech arena. I really didn't know what I was getting into to but wouldn't trade the experience for anything. Before HD+/Outset I was knew what was happening in my group and function. Here, I am see the big picture. Contribute to the big picture. Design, reg and clinical strategy. Usability and reliability testing. Everything. Things I had no idea been occurred in my old corporate job. Have learned more here in months than years in big company.
Cons
I come to work every day worried we will be acquired. Hate the thought. Have many friends who have told be stories about being acquired. Aside from the fabulous $$$ upside not looking forward to the day. Having too much fun.
