Remote and flexible : WFH, travel for work and hours are reasonable and flexible Great leadership team : Flat organisational structure. Accessible and engaging. Product: market fit, helping business combat fraud. People: small organisation but helpful and interactive. Global access.

Cons

Not a 9- 5 job. Access to support can be delayed. Global organisational flaws. Product is a niche market. Career pathways can be improved, but limited due to size of company. Comm structure can be better.

Everyone really cares deeply about the work we all do, the customers we support, and the teams we work alongside every day. Our team members are engaged, invested, and want to help shape the future of Outseer - it's really awesome!

Cons

Items to improve are process maturity and continued alignment. The great news it the leadership team listens so I have confidence that Outseer will just continue to build and grow.

Strong domain expertise across the organization. There’s deep knowledge in payments, authentication, and risk, which makes for smart conversations and thoughtful product direction. Opportunity to make an impact. The company is in a transformation phase, so there’s real room to shape strategy, influence direction, and drive change if you’re proactive. Collaborative culture. Teams are supportive and willing to work cross-functionally to solve problems.
