Pros

- Great coworkers. - Solid pay. - Fun, fast paced industry.

Cons

The CEO. There are other cons, but they are dwarfed by the belligerently callous and remarkably terrible CEO. Upon his arrival at Outseer, he initiated a full bait-and-switch sequence: everything he promised was scrapped in favor of ego-based initiatives that are causing employees, both senior and junior staff alone, to leave in startling numbers. He claims to want inclusivity and a stronger culture yet, to this day, he has not supported any strategies aimed at tackling these important items. As long as he is in charge, I implore you to stay away from this company.

Pros

Outseer continues to build a strong culture grounded in collaboration, growth, and employee engagement. Everyone really cares deeply about the work we all do, the customers we support, and the teams we work alongside every day. Our team members are engaged, invested, and want to help shape the future of Outseer - it's really awesome!

Cons

Items to improve are process maturity and continued alignment. The great news it the leadership team listens so I have confidence that Outseer will just continue to build and grow.

Pros

Clear sense of mission in a critical space. Fraud prevention is high-stakes and the work feels meaningful, especially as scams continue to rise globally. Strong domain expertise across the organization. There’s deep knowledge in payments, authentication, and risk, which makes for smart conversations and thoughtful product direction. Opportunity to make an impact. The company is in a transformation phase, so there’s real room to shape strategy, influence direction, and drive change if you’re proactive. Collaborative culture. Teams are supportive and willing to work cross-functionally to solve problems.

Cons

nothinng worth mentioning at this time.
