It was a fun environment, with lots of flexibility and perks. There were always planned events, outings, social events throughout the workday and with Vendors. They also really believed in educating and personal growth.

Its hard to move up when you are in a sea of producers, and the top positions do not come available. It is a great experience, but eventually you need to take that elsewhere to move up.

Top shelf clients, good co-workers. Access to some of the top people in the search industry.

disorganized senior management - company may be growing a little to big for current leaders. Confusion with who is in charge of what. Recent buyouts made this a confusing place to work. Training is very low level (beginner) stuff.
