Case Manager sets their own schedule

At interview they say you will have case load of 25-30 patients. I started with 14 then 7 were taken from me to give to a new employee who wanted part time work. I was given no reason other than they were "redistributing territories: I still only have seven patients. Most days I only have one or two visits.I could not afford to keep working there.
