      Pros

      Good teammates, cool science, nice perks like free snacks

      Cons

      Training haphazard. Some positions work really brutal, unsustainable hours. CEO takes everything personally, told employee who left for a higher-paying offers "you'll regret this", reacted negatively to another employee bargaining for a raise equal to their peers. Company management treated a disabled employee poorly until they quit instead of providing easy ADA accommodations.

      Successful biotech company that makes decisions fast and intelligently, and has extremely promising tech. Good work life balance and culture. Lots of trust in scientific staff and they hire the right people.

      Cons

      Running really lean, but company is prioritizing the right things as they develop.
