Pros
Paid vacation, bonus structure, hourly pay is decent. Shift schedules are pretty nice as they affords time off during the week.
Cons
Management is unappreciative of hourly employees. Policies are overlooked and or disregarded for employer benefit and used broadly to threaten employees. Safety is a joke at best. Disregard for environmental standards. HR department works against employees to benefit company. Disregard for labor laws. Most exempt employees are cut throats. Deception is rewarded, dedication is taken advantage of. No flexibility when it comes to a employee having a hardship. "point system" is setup to take advantage of employees. Jobs are awarded by the good old boy system not skill.
