Pros
remote work. some task can be fun for people who love to write and be creative
Cons
Anticipate shifting between projects without any feedback or prior notice. Expect to be doing unpaid training 80 percent of the time. Don't expect feedback or guidance. Expect to lose interest in producing excellent work and exerting effort once you realize that training is a waste of time, as it's only a matter of time before you're relocated again and forced to undergo free training. You should monitor your hourly rate closely. One moment it's $40, another moment it's $30, the next $50, and this is all in one day. Additionally, you should anticipate the need to send numerous emails to request adjustments to your earnings. Countless instances have occurred where my earnings have been less than half of what I was due for a given task. Keep a record of the time you spend on each task, as this will serve as a backup for when you need to dispute your earnings. Expect to wait for several days to receive a response from support; they make you jump through hoops for a resolution. Be prepared to send reminders about any incentives or rewards that are due to you. Expect to be done with the place after just a couple of months of experiencing the sh*t show that is outlier AI.
